Fly Lady

My friend, Sandra, and I have been struggling with organizing and clutter for years. We have tried all kind of methods and shared them with each other. Some worked, others just worked for a short time, and others were dismal failures. About a year and a half ago, Sandra introduced me to www.flylady.net. This site took a very simple approach to de-cluttering and keeping your house clean. The author of the site goes by the mottos “Your house didn’t get cluttered in a day, its not going to get uncluttered in a day!” and “Baby steps!” Wow! Was that a relief! Those phrases took the pressure off that I put on myself. Flylady has a whole system of de-cluttering and cleaning that I followed pretty close for quite a while. Now, I have taken what works from that system and what I have learned from others to come up with something that works for me and my family.
