Love it! Except the fact that I often have clean, folded laundry in my laundry baskets for a few days at a time, I will definitely keep this in mind. Great decluttering tool! Why didn’t I think of that?!

Yup – we are laundry basket freaks here too. I keep one for laundry and one for stuff. I’m very anal about the kids getting their stuff folded and put away on the same day it gets washed. I have two laundry days – Monday and Thursday, which are the two days we are most likely to be home in the evening so they can get it done. For “stuff” – it’s usually the kids’ stuff so I set the basket in the hallway and tell them both to empty it. Last one to pull out their stuff has to return it to the laundry room.
