I'm with you. It took us a WHILE to finally adjust to DST, this year. I also can't stand being rushed in the morning. I've slowly started getting up earlier in the mornings so that I can get online before anyone else is up. It helps. A lot.

But I know that I would really benefit from not going online until X, Y, and Z have been accomplished. I need more self-control....

I don't think the time change phased me at all. I still get up at 4:30 and work out even tho technically that would be 3:30 by the old time. I do find it harder to go to bed on time, but I forced myself to drink some tea and read so I would be sleepy enough to get the right amount of rest. For us, if the morning routine is failing, it's usually because we aren't getting the evening routine accomplished or we aren't getting to bed on time.

I think I read somewhere that it takes a couple of weeks for your body to adjust to a time change. So, be kind to yourself and push through until the time your body figures it out.

PS I'm envious of your relaxed morning routine before DST as mine is always chaotic.
