Menu Plan Monday – March 23, 2009

As usual, my weekly menu is a list meals that I can fix this week in no particular order. I love trying new recipes ( generally one or two a week). This week cornish hens are on sale and I’ve always wanted to try them, so I’ll let you know how they turn out! The weather was great last week and we got to grill out a couple times. I hope this week is the same.
Burgers on the grill w/ potato pockets
Chicken wings (flavor to be determined)
Sausage and sauerkraut w/ mashed potatoes(from last week’s menu that didn’t get fixed)
Cornish game hens, creamed asparagus, rice pilaf
Grilled, marinated chicken, grilled zucchini and squash, left-over rice
Left overs
Date night!!
