Just say no!!!

Why do we say yes to so many things and end up kicking ourselves later for it? Our quest for a simple life is thwarted by those around us who “need” us. I am constantly re-examining what is really necessary in my life and learning to say “no”. It is hard. There are so many expectations put upon us by society or ourselves. Simple Mom has a great article today about saying “no”. It gave me even deeper insight into why we have such a hard time. Do you have a hard time saying no? Why?
