I totally know what you mean about your cravings changing when your physically active.  I&#039;ve totally seen that as I&#039;ve improved my fitness routine.  It&#039;s like you don&#039;t want to &#039;taint&#039; your hard work! HA!

I&#039;ve gleaned some encouraging tips from the book &quot;French Women Don&#039;t Get Fat&quot; as well in regards to eating habits. 

One habit that I&#039;ve started as part of my morning routine is having a glass of water before eating/drinking anything else.  She also suggests having a glass of water 30 minutes before every meal.</description>

		<description>I would love your homemade bread recipe! A tip I have for stir fry is to pack it with fresh garlic and gresh ginger. I buy the ginger and then chop it into chunks and freeze them and pull one out when I want to use it. The ginger will get moldy in the fridge and it isn&#039;t something we use a lot of, but ginger and garlic are so good for the body and the boys don&#039;t even know they are eating it! Maybe you already do this!</description>
