A clean house makes me more productive in all areas. Being able to have folks over all the time is also a big perk. My kids do better when it's not cluttered and chaotic as well! That is so good. I'm much more likely to take someone up on a chance to get together or put out the invitation myself when things at home are settled. I find scheduling in advance works best for me. While it might be harder to be spontaneous, scheduling and planning allows me to have that time together and nurture those relationships.
