		<description>Menu planning is a New Year&#039;s resolution - I can&#039;t say we are spending less but we are definitely eating better.  Here are my recipes and links for the week:

Tuesday:  Chicken with Yellow Rice, Broccoli

Wednesday: Pancakes, Eggs, Canadian Bacon, Pineapple

Thursday: Roasted Chicken, Green Beans, Mushroom Hazelnut Pilaf

Friday:  Crockpot Pho (http://crockpot365.blogspot.com/2008/05/crockpot-vietnamese-pho-recipe.html), Thai Salad

Saturday:  Breakfast - Caramel Pecan Pancakes, Dinner - Ham Steak, cider braised acorn squash(http://www.animalvegetablemiracle.com/Winter%20Squash.pdf) mashed potatoes

Sunday:  Lobster Tails, Roasted Asparagus with Pine nuts, Risotto (everyday italian), Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Pie (http://www.cookiemadness.net/?p=864)

Monday:  Tofu with Peanut Sauce (http://crockpot365.blogspot.com/2008/02/tofu-in-peanut-sauce-crockpot-recipe.html), brown rice</description>
