I've got a recipe for ground beef, called Souper Burgers (you use a can of chicken gumbo soup in it hence the name, but my 4 year old likes the name for 'super hero' connotations!) ;)

1 lb ground beef
1 can chicken gumbo
1/4 to 1/3 cup of onion chopped
1Tbsp. prepared mustard
1/8 tsp pepper
6 hamburger buns
(optional) add in some finlely diced zuccini and/or red bell pepper to pack in some more flavor and veggies

cook beef and onion untill beef is browned and onion is tender, (add optional veggies if you like) spoon off fat, add soup, mustard and pepper. Heat through stirring often.
