One of the key signs of being too busy is stress. Stress can cause moodiness, a cloudy mind, weigh gain/loss, fatigue…all sorts of negative. As moms, we can’t afford to be stressed. Great subject! I missed your course start date but I think the subject is so important for mothers who are often in charge of so many things that take their time and energy.
