Three By Three Review and Giveaway

April 5, 2011 by

This past year, I have been slowly making our toy room into our homeschool/toy room – with less and less toys and more and more educational and organizational stuff. We have added a few things that have worked and a couple that really haven’t.  I’m starting to figure out what we really need and what we don’t.

One thing I thought we really needed was a strip of some kind to go across our wall to hold art, lists, projects, etc. The only thing I could find was a metal strip with cork down the center. Besides being a little pricy, I really didn’t like the look or the idea of all those push pins. We are barefoot way too much for that! So, I have been on the look out for something similar. That’s when I saw Three By Three featured in Better Homes and Garden Magazine. That was it!!!

I contacted Three By Three and professed my love – even though I had never actually seen their products in person, but sometimes you just know! Luckily, they didn’t think I was a weirdo – or at least they didn’t say anything to me. They were gracious enough to send me two items to try out and see what I thought. I was so excited when the bamboo magnetic strip and bamboo dry erase magnetic board came to the door!

At first, I couldn’t decided what to do with my dry erase board. It is the perfect size to put on the fridge for to-do lists or grocery lists, so I used it there for a few days. It also works great with the magnetic strip! I think I’ll just ending up ordering another one.

The bamboo magnetic strip is so cool. It comes with great powerful magnets that hold papers and scissors and paperclips. The real bamboo looks so much better than similar products I’ve looked at. It has a real high end look to it, but doesn’t have the high end price.

Over the past couple weeks, we have used the strip to hold our schedules and our lists. It is hanging over the desk in the homeschool room. Less clutter on the desk is good! (I used my giant clothes pin from Erin’s Art Work with the strip and it works and looks great!)

I am absolutely in LOVE with these Three By Three products! I am thinking of ordering strips for the kids rooms and more for the homeschool room. They come in different sizes and colors, so I’m sure I’ll find just the right fit. This awesome channel panel would also be a great addition to the homeschool room.

Where could you use on of these in your house? Need to get your hands on one? You are in luck! Three By Three is going to bless one lucky Overcoming Busy reader with your choice of a magnetic dry erase board or the magnetic strip just like the ones I reviewed!

I love all these products, but the personalised ones look awsome!!! I could really use one of the strips, since I like you are a homeschooling Mom and have VERY LITTLE space for anything. I am following them on Twitter and I liked them on FB.

Spring cleaning time and I’m trying to get organized. Again. Still. This is where the Three by Three gorgeous channel panel would help! It is part large dry erase board, part magnetic strip with stainless steel accessories, part letter holder, part bamboo cup holder, etc… And did I mention that it looks sturdy and beautiful? Not an eyesore!
