Free Song from Four Wall Flight, Win Their Debut Album

Contemporary Christian band Four Wall Flight features original music with an honest perspective of the joys and struggles of the Christian life, and of the faithfulness of God. This music prepares the heart of the listener to more readily receive the Gospel. Listeners have remarked, “You can really feel the presence of God when they sing,” and “This song says exactly what I needed to hear in my walk with Christ right now.”

The group began ministering together in 2005 under the name “Amplified” with a goal to reach not only those within the “four walls” of the church, but those outside it as well. They released their first demo in 2008 and two years later found themselves recording their first full-length album at a Nashville studio. Their self-titled, debut album was released in April 2011.

My daughter and I have been listening to this album all week. It’s been the background music for all we have done. We find ourselves singing along or just stopping to listen in the middle of our day. I love that the music is not fluffy, feel-good Christian-lite. It is beautiful and modern, but deep and purposeful.

I may be just a bit partial. I do know two of the band members. Trina was one our kids when my husband and I were youth sponsors at our home church. (I was right out of college. Still very young! Um yeah, anyway…) And I actually went to college with Gretchen, though I didn’t get to know her well until we went to church together after we graduated. Gretchen played drums in our youth worship band up until the day she delivered her youngest daughter – or it just seemed like it!!
