The weather around these parts has been over 100 degrees for weeks. We usually grill out several times a week, but it’s even been too hot for that. I am so thankful that the forecast for this coming week is much more bearable. That means break out the grill!!
A couple of weeks ago, I got a great deal on chicken thighs. They’ve been in the freezer just waiting for the weather to break. I’m wanting to try a new Honey Spice Chicken recipe. We love grilling thighs because they don’t get dried out as easily as chicken breasts do.
My daughter loves pork chops. She goes to the local meat shop with me to make sure I get them while I’m there. This week, I wanted to try something new, so I found this Dijon Pork Chop recipe. It looks so yummy and I have all the ingredients.
As far as the rest of the week, I’m thinking of grilling italian sausages and veggies, sloppy joes made with ground turkey, chili mac and salad, and left overs.
