Baked Mostacolli

This is a family favorite my mom used to make. My family still loves it. It is also a great dish to take to a friend who has just had a baby or just needs a meal. A salad and bread round out this easy meal.
- 1 pound mostacolli or penne noodles
- 1 large jar store bought or 1 quart homemade tomato pasta sauce
- 1 pound hamburger or Italian sausage, browned
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 1 small can sliced black olives
- 1 – 2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Cook noodles according to the package directions and drain. Mix pasta with sauce, mushrooms, black olives, meat, Italian seasoning and parmesan cheese. Pour mix into 13 X 9 baking dish. Sprinkle top with mozzarella cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 375 for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Remove foil and bake another 5 -7 minutes.
